5. How Payment Works
Payment is not charged when the order is confirmed. After validating your order, you will receive by email, within 24 business hours, the details required for payment: the Multibanco reference, the MB WAY number or the IBAN for bank transfer. The order is prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed.
The customer must ensure with their bank that the total amount of the order is credited to the account made available by EB. BOX, Lda. and that their name and order number are clearly indicated during the transfer.
Any bank fees charged by the customer's bank are the responsibility of the customer.
