1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all contractual relationships between EB. BOX, Lda., and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") who places an order via the site.

By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these GTC in their entirety.

Activity: Sale of shipping containers, refrigerated containers, housing containers and modified containers.

3. Products and Availability

EB. BOX, Lda. offers a wide range of standard, refrigerated, and modified shipping containers.

Each product is described with the greatest technical precision.

The images are indicative and may differ slightly from the delivered product (aesthetic conditions, color, wear of used containers).

In case of unavailability after the order, the Customer will be informed within 48 business hours and can choose between:

Full refund (within a maximum of 7 business days), or
Equivalent product, if available.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 Prices

All prices indicated on the site are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

EB. BOX, Lda. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied will always be the one in effect at the time of the order.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Bank transfer
Secure payment systems indicated on the site

All payments are processed via encrypted secure connections (SSL).
The site does not store full credit card numbers.

5. Orders and Validation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

Full payment received
Sending of the order confirmation email to the Customer

EB. BOX, Lda. may refuse or cancel an order in case of:

Non-payment
Suspicion of fraud
Obvious errors in price or description
Previous disputes with the Customer
Product unavailability

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Areas

All of Italy (mainland and islands)
International deliveries on request

6.2 Delivery Costs

Transport costs vary depending on:

Type of container
Destination
Accessibility of the delivery site

Costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation, as required by Google Shopping standards.

6.3 Delivery Times

Estimated average times:

Italy: 2–4 business days
Other destinations: according to specific agreements

6.4 Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number.

6.5 Failed or Delayed Delivery

If the Customer cannot be reached, the carrier may schedule another attempt.

An order returned to sender may be re-shipped after payment of new delivery costs.

If the delay exceeds 10 business days, the Customer can contato us for an update or an alternative solution.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or modified containers
Non-standard containers explicitly requested by the Customer
Used containers with aesthetic conditions previously accepted

7.2 Return Conditions

The product must be returned:

Unused
In conditions identical to delivery
With original documentation and intact seals (if present)

7.3 Refund

Processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the return.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 Warranty

The containers sold by are covered by the legal warranty against defects and non-conformity.

The warranty does not cover:

Inappropriate or negligent use
Modifications made by the Customer
Damage caused by external events (weather, impacts, negligence)
Normal wear and tear of used containers

8.2 Used Products

The Customer accepts the possible presence of aesthetic signs typical of use.
Aesthetic defects do not constitute grounds for return.
